A Taste Tour of the Regions – Northern Ostrobothnia

Step right in and take a seat – welcome to a culinary journey through Finland and its regions!

This time, the table is set in true Northern Ostrobothnian style. The rich food culture of Northern Ostrobothnia draws inspiration from the west, east, and north.
Some of the region’s most well-known traditional dishes include varpupaisti (willow grouse roast), muikkutirri (whitefish stew), mutti (a traditional barley flour-based dish), and a variety of fish and game-based meals.
The cuisine is deeply rooted in local ingredients such as wild berries, flatbread (rieska), lamprey, and fish from the Bothnian Bay.

At Lang’s delicious buffet table, you can fill your plate—and your belly—as many times as you like! The buffet is all-you-can-eat, so no one leaves hungry. All ingredients are fresh, and everything is, of course, homemade in our own kitchen.
